Prevention of Risks in International Trade

Doing business is always accompanied by risks. International trade usually brings new types of risk or at least increases the frequency and intensity of the current ones. The main objective of this thesis is to identify the risks that may arrise for Czech exporters in international operations and to present the possibilities of risk management (especially management of credit and country risk). The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter provides a classification of risks. The second one describes phases of international business operations and provides a detailed explanation of selected instruments (bank guarantees, letters of credit, insurance, purchase of receivables etc.). Last chapter consists of two business cases inspired by contracts of Solar Turbines.

The comparison of import from European and Asian region

This bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of import from European and Asian region especially in term of particular parts of the international business operations. Further there are mentioned the differences of business habits and behaviour for which these regions are noted. In this work, I tried to penetrate the theoretical part and the practical one which is based on experience with imports from Europe and Asia of concrete French company.

Smlouva v mezinárodních obchodních operacích se vztahem na konkrétní případ

Smlouva v mezinárodních obchodních operacích hraje opravdu důležitou roli. Slouží totiž jako svérázný můstek mezi právními přístupy jednotlivých zemí, který překonává překážky mezinárodního prostředí, a zároveň je zdrojem výkladu práv a povinností smluvních stran u soudního, rozhodčího a jiných řízení. Základem mezinárodního obchodního závazkového vztahu je potom kontrakt neboli kupní smlouva. V této práci je rozebrána existující právní úprava mezinárodního kontraktu a provedena analýza konkrétního případu. Zároveň byly zdůrazněny skutečnosti, které ovlivnily ujednání zkoumané kupní smlouvy, a stanoveny jejich příčiny.
